She then discusses her experiences visiting chapters as a deputy of Theta Province, attending her first Tri Delta Convention in 1922, and developing the National Panhellenic Conference. Ernestine also relates stories about Founder Sarah Ida Shaw Martin, Boston University, and the early days of Tri Delta and shares memories of attending Sarah's funeral.

She reflects fondly on her memories of some of the Tri Deltas she served with in leadership, including Ernestine Block Grigsby, University of Colorado Boulder, Florence Spear Grant, University of Minnesota, Gretchen Borland Davies, University of Washington, Dorothy Gaines Roeske, University of Illinois at Urbana, Mary E.
